Your Rocket Shādē is typically custom built and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Shipping generally takes 1–5 business days depending on your location from our production shop in Jacksonville Florida.

Rocket Shādē is backed by a 3-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us at info@shadebiz.com with your order information, photos of the break and we'll help get you back on the water quickly.
The majority of repairs are simply handled by providing replacement parts and instructions to quickly get you back on your adventures. All rocket shade components are attached with the same stainless steel fasteners, and are easily replaced.

Protecting yourself from the sun is just as important as enjoying your time on the water. Rocket Shādē provides generous overhead shade that helps reduce direct UV sun exposure, creating a cooler, more comfortable space for you, your family, and your passengers during long days on the boat.
Our canopy is constructed from premium marine-grade fabric—the same durable material trusted for high-quality boat covers and center console covers. Although the fabric does not have a certified UPF or UV rating, its tightly woven, opaque construction blocks direct sunlight, unlike many lightweight or mesh shade fabrics that allow more light to pass through. The result is dependable shade that helps you stay more comfortable while spending more time enjoying the water.

Always remove the umbrella before adjusting the position of the cantilever. Attempting to reposition the cantilever with the umbrella installed can make adjustments much more difficult.
Every Rocket Shādē is tested before leaving our shop. Please review our setup guides and videos first HERE. The umbrella should function smoothly without requiring excessive force. If your Shade setup is difficult to open, close, rotate, or operate, you are most likely not following the setup guide.
