Shipping policy

Overview

Rocket Shādē uses UPS and FedEx Ground shipping in the contiguous United States only.  We do not ship to US Territories  outside of the contiguous United States (including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.)

We cannot ship to a PO Box.  All 'Delivery  by' dates are estimates and not guaranteed.  All customized products will require additional processing time.  Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Contiguous United States

Rocket Shādē uses UPS and FedEx Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1-7 business days for processing and an additional 1-4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products offered.  Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 

Alaska & Hawaii

Rocket Shādē uses UPS air shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.   

Shipping Holidays 

Rocket Shādē, UPS and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates.  Please note shipping dates will begin on the following business day.
