Built to Last. Designed for Adventure.

We stand behind every Rocket Shādē Bundle with our 3-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty because we believe premium products should deliver premium performance. From the materials we select to the way we manufacture each component, our goal is simple: create the most versatile and easy-to-use portable shade available.

Wherever your next adventure takes you, take the shade with you.

Chase the Shade™ with Rocket Shādē.

Consult the Rocket Shādē – Quick Start Guide (Gemini Model) Here, and perform your first installation on land or at the dock in calm conditions with minimal wind. The shade (8.5’ x 6.5’) can act like a sail—even in winds under 10 mph.

Cantilever: Setup can initially take 15 min; read the instructions; mark your favorite angle setup on the teeth of the hirth gear to quickly go back to the same position; you can keep the Cantilever it up all the time; to rotate, loosen the spinner and push on the wedge to open hirth gear, then twist the pole to the angle desired - this takes a few minutes.

Umbrella: Setup time takes less than 30 seconds as you just hold it up to the installed cantilever, connect, roate and push up to click in place; to take down, twist and pull down and unhook from cantilever - just 10 seconds.

View all our setup guides by clicking on Instructions on the top of your screen.

I purchased my Rocket Shade a year ago, and the manufacturer helped me adapt it to my hardtop of my Regal 36XO. It was a great solution to the other methods for a stern sun shade at a fraction of the cost. It is a great product that I know I'll enjoy for years.

I’ve had the pleasure of having TWO rocket shades. Not cause of an issue, cause I have one for the back deck and one for the front of the boat, they actually made a mount to accommodate the bow! They are always innovating and it’s the lightest weight and easiest shade I’ve found in 20 years of boating!

This shade solution is fantastic! It’s super easy to set up and store when you’re not using it. I really appreciate being under the umbrella and not having to deal with lines or straps getting in the way while fishing. It’s well-made, and I’d definitely recommend it!

He use the Rocket shade on our 55 Hatteras the poppawahoo. When We're sitting an anchor yellow tailing the bridge tends to block the wind and it gets very hot in the cockpit. The shade gives us adequate coverage cooling down and keeping our customers in the shade, due to this unique shape it does not get in the way of the fishing rods and the fishing operation We absolutely love it and we give it two fins up!!!

This Shade is the greatest thing since sliced cheese. The flexibility and the fact that you can use it while you’re fishing without any obstacles makes it a fantastic umbrella. Highly recommended.

We have used the shade for lounging at the sandbar and scalloping. My guests on the boat, and myself, were amazed at the ease of installation and how much shade it casts.

The umbrella is really nice! Covers a lot of area and keeps the kids outta the full sun. I had some unfortunate luck but Scott was there to help me the whole way!
