Warranty
Shadebiz Corporation warrants a limited warranty to the original purchaser that the Rocket Shādē will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the date of original purchase from an authorized Shadebiz Corporation dealer for the period provided below:
- 1 year for fabric, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon fiber, and plastic components
Should repair be necessary under this warranty, Shadebiz Corporation will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective product with an equivalent product at no charge. This warranty does not apply to loss or damage due to accident, misuse, improper installation, or negligence. It also does not apply to sudden harsh weather, microbursts, excessive winds, and rough waters.

- Your complete satisfaction is our top priority at Shadebiz Corporation. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy and procedures below.
If you purchased a Rocket Shādē from one of our re-sellers, please contact them first to determine their return policy.
The following guidelines apply to all troubleshoots, returns and/or exchanges for Rocket Shādē purchased directly from Shadebiz Corporation:
- For Warranty claims or to initiate a return or troubleshoot request, contact our customer service team at (424) 236-2533 or email info@shadebiz.com.
- Shadebiz Corporation is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment.
- Shadebiz Corporation cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product has been deemed defective by the manufacturer. Photos must be provided to verify its imperfection. Soiled or damaged items are non-returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shadebiz.com.
